Wellness is an imperative aspect to life, considering the disconnect, toxins, and pressure that current society hands to us on a daily basis.

EYRE.WAY offers carefully curated wellness sessions and retreat packages. Learning and practicing these ancient but powerful tools of yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, all while being amongst nature, is a whole wellness experience.

Wellness Sessions

We bring wellness right to you in the form of private 1 on 1 sessions at EYRE.WAY. When booking, you will be able add your 90 minute wellness session. After booking, your wellness guide will confirm your wellness session appointment time.

Yoga

A gentle yoga practice using slow vinyasa flow and restorative shapes to stretch and move the body. Through this practice of presence, movement and breath, you will find inner calm and can surrender to receiving this offering of nourishment for yourself. Stretch, move, breathe, be.

Meditation

A session which combines gentle foundational breath work (pranayama), mindfulness, and earth connection - to nourish the body-mind, rediscover a natural easeful breath, regulate the nervous system, and connect with the natural environment around you.

 

 How to Sign Up to a Wellness Session

You will receive an email directing you to select your wellness session after booking your tiny home accommodation. After signing up to a session, a confirmation email will be sent from your wellness instructor with more information and to allow you to book your session times.

Wellness Retreat Packages

Revive, Refresh, Renew -

3 DAY / 2 NIGHT. Allow yourself a full-body-exhale as you arrive on retreat - for the next 3 days you have your own private Tiny Abode set amongst the beautiful remote coastline of the Southern Ocean and Lower Eyre Peninsula. Your wellbeing is our priority - nourishing foods, indulgent evenings, natural surrounds, and wellness practices to revive, refresh and renew from the inside out. The Retreat Package is for those who want to focus on their wellbeing, without having to plan or think about it. A Tiny Abode stay, where the wellness comes to you.

  • Your own private wellness guide

  • Three full yoga and meditation sessions

  • Breath + Rest Workshop

  • Two yoga mats

  • Evening nibbles and wine

  • All meals

  • Accommodation

    • Meet your private wellness guide Sarah at 2pm at the Boston Bean Cafe.

    • After picking up your Boston Bean coffee and Tiny Abode key, you will convoy together out to your Tiny Abode.

    • On arrival, Sarah will get you acquainted with your Abode and the layout of the land you’ll be staying on. The landscapes, flora and fauna in this area are truly unique and incredible.

    • Revive your body after a day of travel, through gentle yoga and meditation - connecting with the land, easing the nervous system and allowing yourself to wholly arrive and ground into your own private retreat immersion.

    • End your first session with a sunset platter of nibbles and wine. Sarah will leave you for the evening to enjoy your own time.

    • A self-cook dinner box will be provided for you to enjoy dinner at your own leisure.

    • Enjoy a morning to yourself with a sleep-in and supplied breakfast box.

    • Sarah will arrive this morning just before 10.30am, ready for your morning yoga and meditation session. Enjoy yoga movement, stretch and meditation for a complete refresh of the physical body and mental mind.

    • A nourishing lunch will be served for you to enjoy post-yoga.

    • After lunch, settle in to learn, practice, and discuss all things rest, nervous system, and breath. Often we live fast-paced lives, multitask 90% of the time, and barely ever stop to take a breath. Sarah will offer insight, inspiration, practices and inner reflections on how you can find more ease, rest, mindfulness and health in your daily lives - moment by moment.

    • Sarah will leave you by 3pm so that you can enjoy the afternoon to yourselves. Relax in the afternoon sun, walk along the beach, or enjoy a hike along the cliffs - this is time to reflect and integrate all that you have experienced and learnt so far on your retreat.

    • End the day with more nibbles and wine as you watch the sun go down. A self-cook dinner box will be supplied for your evening meal.

    • Start this final day of renewal with a sunrise yoga and meditation session at 7.30am.

    • Reflect on your time on retreat and set intentions moving forward into the next phase of your life.

    • Sarah will leave you to enjoy a final breakfast (from your breakfast box) at your abode, before checking out at 10am.

    • Extra nights for accommodation are available on request at booking, however the retreat itself will finish on day 3.

About our Wellness Facilitator…

Sarah is an ecologist-turned-yoga teacher who shares her time between facilitating yoga and breathwork, and tour guiding wellness and nature immersive experiences.  A curious student of the world, the traditions of yoga, and the wisdom of the earth, Sarah is trained in vinyasa flow and pranayama (yogic breathwork). Her teaching is an ever-evolving true expression of her own practice, exploration of traditional yoga, modern movement culture, the nervous system and rest practices.
